Operator Licence Awareness Training (OLAT)

One-day introductory course for non-driving staff—directors, transport planners, and admin personnel. Covering the essential topics: operators licence requirements, drivers’ hours, tachograph use, maintenance protocols, record-keeping, OCRS, enforcement roles, and safe loading. The syllabus is structured to align with CILT standards and covers all key areas needed for compliance with licensing standards set by the Transport Commissioner. This course highlights the importance of responsible fleet management and compliance with legal requirements.

CPC Transport Manager

This professional competence course leads to the TM CPC Qualification, which is required to become qualified and manage road haulage and passenger operations. The training course is available as a 10-day classroom course, 10-week online tutor-led learning, or through flexible self study and home study options, allowing you to prepare in your own time and at your own pace. The course covers all key aspects of transport management. The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Upon successful completion and passing the required exams, candidates are recognized as qualified transport managers.

Transport Manager CPC Refresher

Two-day accredited course for existing CPC qualification holders—required every 5 years. Updates knowledge on operator obligations, legal changes, environmental and safety management, audits, taxation, defect reporting, and enforcement. Accredited by CILT, with options online or classroom. The refresher must be completed every 5 years to maintain compliance. Completing this training ensures transport managers meet the expected standards of knowledge and responsibility. Those who complete the refresher course gain significant benefits, including up-to-date knowledge, enhanced professional skills, and improved confidence in fulfilling their duties.

Peer Mentoring Programme

Qualifying as a Transport Manager is just the first step—gaining experience is the real challenge. Introduction to Road Transport Operations

Three-day foundational training for clerks, supervisors, or first-line managers with no prior transport experience. Covers core legislation, licensing basics, safety compliance, workplace transport safety, accident reporting, and competency standards.

Driver CPC

Modular ongoing training for professional drivers, delivered at corporate or client premises. Offers 7‑hour full refreshers or 3.5‑hour modules on topics like first aid, mental health, tachographs, manual handling, hazardous goods, customer service, and more.
